We have to hand it to that Twitter thing. From further boosting the egos of outspoken tech industry personalities to supporting Iranian revolutions, the service has demonstrated its strengths. Today, the service can let relatives know you are still alive. Developed by Japanese geek forum Koress Project, the Akiduki Pulse box does this by autonomously posting your heartbeat to Twitter. Once there, friends, family and enemies can all watch as your natural rhythms play out on the world stage in real time.

It seems that Entertainment Earth is coming out with a few different USB drives, one of which will appeal to the Twilight fans. It’s a little on the bulky side of things, but features the Cullen family crest. Then just in case you’re worried that people won’t realize how much of a Twilight fan you are, it has Twilight stamped on the bottom. Taking away any doubt anyone might have that you can’t get enough of anything and everything Twilight.

Yesterday I held the new HTC Hero next to my iPhone. Not only the new Android handset has a surprisingly cool design—straight out of JJ Abrams' Star Trek or Kubrick's 2001—but it kicks the iPhone's material ass. Simply put, the Teflon-coated back just feels and looks a lot better than the iPhone's—now crappy looking, I admit—plastic back. The Hero's polytetrafluoroethylene—the technical name for DuPont's Teflon—coating feels perfect in your hand. It doesn't appear to get any skin oil at all.

Unlike most of the horizontally terrestrial vehicles we have seen here, the Peugeot Metromorph Concept is capable of scaling up vertical surfaces. Think about all the good things that will come through with cars that don’t need elaborate parking spaces. Just climb out your window and crawl into the car that’s parked right outside your apartment, no matter which floor you live on. If you wonder about how hard it will be to mount such an awkwardly parked vehicle, then take a cool breath.

How does Monster expect to survive just because they refreshed FM transmitter and got them officially iPhone 3GS certified. How can you justify the use of a $99 or a $79 FM transmitter? If you really have that kind of money for a new transmitter, just upgrade your car’s stereo. And one more thing to remind you, nowadays all your iPhone and iPod Touch users can use stereo Bluetooth now. Monster has unveiled few other accessories today for the in-car audio including the iCarCharger 1000 iPod/iPhone power adapter for $49, iCarPlay Cassette for $19.

Tall claims are often met with some rather stunning specifications in the gizmo world. In this case, the OCZ Sabre is arguably among the most decked up gaming keyboards that have ever been. With nine OLED hotkeys that can be programmed by users. These provide instant access to utilities like gaming, browsing, mailing, etc. They can also be used to set any digital image as an icon to represent the keys. They look pretty good too, thanks to the glimmering light that decks these nine keys and also, it has a beam of magnificent blue light on the side of the keyboard.

This one's an interesting combo gadget. The USB 2-in-1 WebCam not only provides webcam functionality, but also doubles up as a usb flash drive. This is an excellent product for students, mobile professionals and travelers. The web cam offers 2GB flash storage, VGA resolution and can turn 360 degree and swing 180 degree. The gizmo is now available for $33. Not bad at this price, but don't expect great camera quality.
