Nokia have done something that will make everyone turn their heads and look around to see. I’m not talking about them manufacturing a swanky new BH-905 Bluetooth headset, but about their claim that it is the best ever. With all the hot and happening headsets that we have seen in recent times, the BH-905 should surely have something special in it to at least live up to the claim.

I've got to give this Q-Sound headphone concept from Shepeleff Stephen top marks for its design. Not only does it look great, it is also innovative in its use of solar technology. After all, it makes sense to power Bluetooth headphones with a small solar panel stretched across the headband—an area that could be easily exposed to the sun.

It has been a while since we heard from Creative and their Zen series of MP3 Players. The Zen Krystal came out a year ago with the Zen Mozaic, and they have recently unveiled two more in the Zen line. The Zen Mozaic EZ300 comes in 4 to 8 gigabyte models that feature a 1.8 inch TFT color display, an FM radio, a built-in speaker, a voice recorder, as well as an alarm clock. It has a mosaic keypad that is a “one-of-a-kind” design, and uses a plug and play system for dragging and dropping your songs.

VTech Communications, Inc. has just made available its latest release to those who reside in the US - their pride and joy, the IS9181. At first glance, the IS9181 might not seem as though it amounts up to much, but upon closer inspection, you will realize that the $199.95 price point does offer a rich feature set that is value for money, being a Wi-Fi music streaming device that was concocted to function as a complete music hub for the home, leaving you one less device to purchase if you’ve just moved into a new pad.

Belkin is an old hat at iPod accessories, and here they are with yet another two more devices that ought to keep your iPhone/iPod juiced up especially when you’ve embarked on a long road trip. The iPod- and iPhone-compatible Micro Auto Charger and Dual Auto Charger from Belkin are not only highly functional but affordable as well, with the former boasting a compact design which comes with a lip for easy removal, being placed nearly flush with a car’s dashboard. It will feature 1 amp charging and come bundled with a Charge and Sync Cable for iPod and iPhone for $20 this May, but you can also pick it up as a standalone device for $5 less.

There are certain situations that it’s difficult to mess with your iPod Touch or iPhone. For one, I’ve noticed the car being a little obnoxious. As of now I haven’t installed the radio in my car that incorporates my iPod Touch. So instead as a temporary fix I have a device that creates a radio station for my iPod and I listen that way. The serious downside is that I can’t just skip on the radio or stop it. I have to unlock my iPod and then try to drive and play with my iPod. With this inline remote from Griffin you can feel exactly where you’re at and never have to take your eyes off the road.

Sanyo does not only make great rechargeable batteries in the form of Eneloop, they are also environmentally conscious with their new range of AWD-AQ4000 drum type washing and drying machines known as Aqua. These new versions comes with a built-in ozone (O3) generator, which helps increase the amount of ozone generated to double that of its current product, the AWD-AQ3000.

The more the humble audio cassette ages the more expensive do their audio players get, and converting them to digital files is a rather boring task. The Tape Writer lets you convert your favorite old tapes to MP3 files on your computer. All this without much input from your part, just out the tape press play and you can listen to the tape play from the internal speakers. The Tape Writer will set you back $120.

There are thousands of portable speaker systems out there and pretty much any gadget manufacturer has issued out at least one or two models. Philips is no exception to the rule, as it has recently presented its newest item in the world of miniature speakers, in the body of a speaker set with very nifty looks and, hopefully, at least decent sound reproduction. These USB speakers come with a major advantage: you can use them with batteries, but if you run out of power, hooking them to one of your computer's USB ports will have things up and running once more in just a blink of an eye.

Sennheiser's latest entry into the world of uber premium headphones comes to us in the form of the stunning HD 800. New features include a completely new type of transducer and ear cup design. On the transducer design: The HD 800 sets new standards with its innovative transducer technology. Measuring 56 mm, the transducer in the HD 800 is the largest that can currently be found in a dynamic head-phone. In simple terms: the more transducer surface area that vibrates, the purer the headphone sounds at low frequencies.

Considering that Bluetooth Stereo Headsets are definitely going to be the way people are going in a wireless age, then I applaud Philips for trying to get ahead of this game with the SHB 7110, or Tapster. Not only can the Tapster sync with the user’s MP3 Player or smartphone, but it has some very unique touch-sensitive controls. I can only assume that this is why it is called the Tapster, because the controls are all done by tapping or some touches.

Want to look like you have a horrendous neck injury? Enjoy surround sound? Not concerned with attracting mates? Then you may be the target market for the GSM-surround, which is already in the running for most bizarre product showing at the upcoming Mobile World Congress. The GSM-Surround is a halo-shaped headset that, according to manufacturers TubeSurround, has "6 built in speakers that go around your head ping ponging sound from all directions into your cranium." Because all I need today is more cranial pingponging.

Any set of speakers that only push 2W and cost $30 probably aren't the greatest, but you have to respect any piece of electronic gadgetry that's made of ACTUAL FREAKING BAMBOO. According to Gadgets Alerts, the company chose bamboo because it provides a greater sound range than similarly spec'd speakers, but who knows for sure. Clearly, the reason for buying these is for geek bragging rights.

Here’s yet another way to listen to your music. Portable speakers come in every shape and size you can possibly think of and can be found for any price range you like. That has its up and down sides, the down side being that it’s hard to figure out which one would be best for you. The up side of course being that if you put the effort into it, you’ll likely be able to find the perfect set of speakers for you. Well this tripod speaker would be great for anyone that wants sound in more than just one direction.
