Home Theater Watch
Posted on Mar 07 2007 8:03 AM by Vicetra

This is not your regular wrist watch. The Home Theater Watch was designed to give you the experience of a home theatre with the functionality of a watch. With it you can tell time and watch that movie from the Oscars or that latest Heroes episode anywhere. The screen is only 1.5”, but that’s not so bad, after all this is a watch we’re talking about, and according to Gadget Universe the movies will look the same as they would on your PC.

The 2 GB of built-in memory should be enough to store at least one full length feature film. Even if watching movies on this miniature screen is not going to be the same as on your Home Theatre setup, this watch could be very practical if you’re always travelling or stuck in traffic jams.Read the rest of this entry »

Self-Adjusting Office Chair
Posted on Mar 03 2007 7:07 AM by Vicetra

The idea of this chair come from the Scottish radiologists, which confirmed in a study last year that a 130-degree angle of recline between torso and thighs reduces pressure on the discs in the lower back. This office chair is more comfortable than the famous Aeron chair (ergonomic office chair by Herman Miller). Designers find that the features of chairs like the levers and knobs—recline tension, lumbar support, seat-pan depth, forward tilt are commonly ignored by users, who only think to change the chair’s height.

iMac in black

Yes it looks like we could be seeing further innovations from Apple over the half a year or so, but the most significant is the fact that customers may be able to choose between the normal gray or white color that we have come to love, and black, yes believe or not there have been many requests for Apple to offer the option of a computer in custom black. It look like the seeds were sown for the colors when the iPods began to appear in different colors, first of they were white and then black as they got better and more expensive, yet now we have the other colors blue, pink, orange, silver, and green, so does this mean that the folks a Apple will be allowing the customers to order their computers to match the iPods? No I do not think so, after we have seen those colors before, remember the older iMac series which came in many color variations, so this is not unheard of, but it has to start somewhere, so black and white it is, maybe!
